Use Activa Direct Arming for the Mark VII car washes.

Activa Direct Settings

In Activa Direct:

Set "Out-Of-Service when" to "Controller Power Off"
Set "Time to hold Arming Signal" to "4 secs".
Set "Time to wait for wash to begin" to "15 mins"

Other settings may work as well, this is just one possibility.
